Worth the switch

I hesitated switching from LastPass after some bad updates, needed a reliable manager for work and travel. Keeper cleared up my doubts — syncs across devices, simple setup. Glad I switched; recommended it to a couple coworkers.

Product's great, but delivery was slow and customer replies took ages, still works.

Small gamble, big relief

I nervously ditched SecureSafe for Keeper a few weeks ago and, weirdly, it's become my go-to for jam-packed receipts and personal docs. The folder setup is stupidly handy, unlimited records really matter — sceptical to oddly relieved.

Quick, clear support

Overall, solid support. I sent a few tickets and got replies within an hour. Answers were straightforward and included step-by-step fixes, nothing vague. Staff were unexpectedly polite; felt relieved after a couple annoying setup tries elsewhere.

Quick setup, small quirks

Started using this a couple weeks ago and honestly the signup and access were super quick — delivery of the account info was fast. Support answered my question right away and was friendly. Autofill is a bit hit-or-miss and no password reveal, so not perfect.

Finally a reliable password tool
8 reviews
Love it — that's my short take. I needed something fast after getting bitten by past password leaks and my cyber-security buddy suggested this, so I tried it. Signing in is quick, syncs across my laptops, browser extension and desktop app are handy. Not flawless — had a couple minor hiccups — but overall solid and I feel safer.

Switched — glad I did

I was hesitating for weeks — switching password managers felt risky, and I worried about migrations and glitches. Tried Keeper last month on three PCs and two Apple devices, and my doubts melted. Setup was painless, sync just worked, and I'm actually pretty happy I made the switch.

Took a bit of patience

Funny, I first spotted this on a tech subreddit after a coworker mentioned it, and I told my partner to try it too. I was wary about putting everything in the cloud, and the welcome emails and setup were a bit slow, support took a day to reply, but once it's running it syncs across my phone and laptop and the breach monitoring actually helps. Not perfect, but I'm mostly happy — told a couple friends.

Signed up, then stalked (sort of)

I tried the free trial last month because I was curious (who isn’t). Cancelled same day — thought that was that. Then daily update emails started, which felt like being followed. After a short support exchange they quieted down and the app actually looks slick and works fine. Weird start, but okay now.

Not perfect, but handy

Jumped on Keeper two months ago after getting a bit twitchy about LastPass hacks. Account setup emailed right away and customer support answered my quick question fast — that felt like a win. The app works, though it won't auto-fill my name/address like LastPass. All in all, glad I switched, with few quirks — so far it's been solid.

Solid app, annoying renewal stuff
1 reviews
cancelling was annoyingly clunky and there was zero reminder before the annual renewal, which felt a bit sneaky. I moved the subscription to Apple's system and that fixed it. So yeah, not perfect, billing needs work, but the app itself is reliable and I still recommend it for my daily use.

Brain-fade but helped along
14 reviews
I left a brain-fade and didn't write down the vault password, so the app only let me in with face unlock. I needed it after a move and because I'd been burned before, so losing access freaked me out. Support surprised me — they replied every day, quick and patient, and offered to move my membership to a new account, though they couldn't export my saved records. I kept using face login; it actually feels convenient and secure.

Quiet but pricey surprise

sensors stay quiet when they should, app pings are timely and the tech visit fixed a glitch. But the billing is messy — renewals quietly include a 'silver' plan so the yearly fee jumps from roughly $250 to almost $700. My bookkeeper once clicked renew and it took ages to get some money back. It's annoying, feels sneaky (yes, sneaky), but I'm relieved the system itself actually does its job.

Mostly good, one snag
1 reviews
having to open the vault and manually copy-paste card details feels really old-school. It almost put me off, but the rest is solid and I was actually surprised by how reliable autofill can be. If they streamline card fetching, this would be near perfect. A heads-up to others: try it, but expect that clunky step.

Small win, big letdown

I remember the moment I realized the app actually delivered. It sorted my chaotic schedule in seconds and everything just synced — phone, laptop — effortless. I first saw it in the App Store and even tipped a colleague about it. The product itself is solid. But then the subscription jumped $20 with no heads up. No email, no notice; they basically expect you to watch their site or third‑party resellers. That rubbed me the wrong way. I’ll keep using the app for a few months until my term ends, but I’m switching after that. A shame, because the tool works well and I’m a bit annoyed, but also impressed.

Likes the product, hates the cancellation dance

I actually like Keeper — good feature set and it does what I need — but their cancellation flow left me annoyed enough to post about it. I signed up in early 2024 for our small team and at first it felt solid: password sharing worked, the UX was okay, and the admin tools handled accounts fine. First impression was positive, no question. Then recently I decided to stop renewing and ran into a mess. There’s no self-serve cancel button in the admin, so I had to email support. They replied saying a short phone call was “the only remaining step” to cancel, and they tried to talk me out of leaving and compare competitors. They also said they’d only actually cancel at the renewal date and would merely turn off auto-billing and delete accounts later. That felt like they were holding things until the last minute. So, pros: solid product, intuitive enough, does the job day-to-day. Cons: annoying, old-school cancellation process, feels like retention-first rather than customer-first. Not illegal-scouting or anything I can prove here, but it’s frustrating. If you plan to stick around, it’s great. If you like easy, no-hassle cancellations, be warned and double-check before you commit.
