As a customer of this service, I gotta say I'm really disappointed with how things went down. They canceled my service outta nowhere and didn't even bother to explain why or have someone available to talk to about it. I tried reaching out multiple times through email and all sorts of ways, but got no response at all. It's just not cool to be left hanging like that, especially when I lost all my numbers and messages because of it. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone after this experience. I rented a phone number about a year ago and I didn't even use it. I just kept renewing the lease every 3 months. And then out of nowhere, my account got deleted. I reached out to support and they said I broke the rules. But how is that possible if I never even used the number?

Avoid this service at all costs! Everything was fine at first - setting up an account, paying, and using the number given. But after only 2 weeks, I got locked out of my account out of nowhere. I tried to reset my password, but the company had already changed it, so I couldn't get back in. To top it off, they still charged my card at the end of the month. When I tried to reach customer service, I couldn't get through. I made the mistake of giving them another shot with a new account, but the same thing happened. It's obvious they're up to no good, so I'm warning everyone to steer clear.

Stay away from this service, seriously. I bought a "lifetime" number and it got sold to someone else. The support team hasn't even bothered to answer me for days, so now I'm stuck dealing with this mess by myself. I've spent a whole day trying to get my account back, and let me tell you, I am so done with this service.
