The person I chatted with not only fixed the issue quickly but did it in such a friendly and kind way that I was really impressed. I don't usually have to turn to social media or reviews to get problems sorted out, but this time I was happy with the outcome. It was just a little mix-up that the company representative I spoke with fixed promptly and effectively.

I was recently locked out of my account and couldn't get any password reset emails. I tried contacting customer support many times over two weeks but got no response, so I was super frustrated. Luckily, I found a person named Heather who was helping folks with their problems. I decided to give it a shot and emailed her. She replied quickly, apologized, and got my account back for me. Big thanks to Heather for saving the day!<br><br>At first, I was unsure about the app because of what others said, but now I believe they aren't scammers. It's clear that there are some issues with their user database or system that they need to fix. It would be good for them to talk openly about these challenges and work on solving them. Despite these problems, I appreciate the help I got quickly and trust that others in the same boat can also get assistance.
