The subscription for unlimited monthly texts really ticked me off. I got an email saying my account was randomly deactivated and I needed to pay more to get it back up. This is the second time it happened in just one week, so now I lost all my texts and call history. It's worrying to see other users having the same problem, showing a recurring issue with the service. I'm not happy about this and I might even consider taking legal action against the company for being so unreliable.

My account got deactivated out of nowhere and I had to reach out to support to get it up and running again. They said my account was flagged for sending too many messages, which I didn't really do. Now I'm concerned it might happen again without any real cause. It would be nice if they had stronger security measures like two-step verification.

I was actually pretty happy with the second American number I got from this app. It was super convenient for me and really came in handy when I needed an extra number for different things. I was so happy with my experience that I told a few of my buddies about it, and they ended up getting it too. But then, things took a turn for the worse. All of a sudden, my account got shut down without even a reason why. I was stuck, couldn't get any verification codes for important stuff like transactions. It was a total nightmare, let me tell you.

My experience with Hushed has been really frustrating. I haven't been able to text, make calls, or get calls on my Hushed line for over three months now. I've tried updating and refreshing it multiple times, but nothing has worked. I've contacted customer service many times, but no one is taking responsibility for fixing the problem. They did extend my subscription, but it doesn't matter if the line is totally unusable.
