He was really helpful the whole time. Thanks to him, I was able to reinstall the software with no problems at all. I'm happy with the service I got from ESET!

The customer service I got was top-notch - the guy I talked to, Kai Zwetsloot, was super helpful, always on time, and really professional. Even though I'm not the most tech-savvy person, they were really patient and gave me some personalized help. Plus, we didn't have any trouble communicating in English, and I found the whole process pretty easy to follow. All in all, it was really nice working with this company, and I'm happy with the security software I bought.

ServiceI started using this super secure computer program about 2 years ago when a tech person mentioned it to my parents. I really like it because it keeps all the bad stuff away from my computer. What's even better is that whenever I have questions, there's always a really nice person on the phone helping me out until everything is fixed. I totally recommend this program to other kids like me who want to keep their computers safe!

ServiceOh wow, ESET is really awesome! I've got their Internet Security on both of my Windows desktops and my two Android devices. It's so simple to handle renewals and all that. Whenever I have issues, their support team is always on it and fixes everything super fast. And the best part is, it doesn't make my devices all sluggish like some other antivirus software. I've been a loyal user for more than 10 years and it's never disappointed me. Way to go, ESET!
