The reseller portal was a huge letdown - it didn't do what it was supposed to. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times for help updating my endpoints and removing software, but no luck. On top of that, they cut off my access to the portal for no reason and kept charging me for licenses I couldn't even get rid of. It's not cool that they wouldn't fix the problem without me paying extra for it. I seriously recommend steering clear of this portal.

I bought my first antivirus online and it was a breeze to renew. The installation was fast and the money came out of my account no problem.

The setup for ESET was super easy, and renewing it was a piece of cake. But, I ran into a few problems with the upgrade last year, which was a bit of a letdown. As for the antivirus itself, I can't really say how well it works since I just use my computer for personal stuff at home. But it seems to be working okay. A specialty software and hardware store suggested ESET to me, and overall, I'm pretty happy with what they provide.

It was so confusing and took up so much time, I started doubting if my protection was even good to go. But after some serious digging around, I finally found where to stick in my license key and let me tell you, the relief was real when it actually worked. Honestly, it would've been a whole lot easier if they made the activation process a little more clear-cut and user-friendly right from the get-go.

I really enjoyed receiving those reminder emails, they made renewing my order a breeze. The anti-virus software is top-notch - it keeps my computer safe and sound without causing it to lag.
