My experience with the antivirus and internet security package from this company has been pretty disappointing. I had trouble finding the antivirus on my computer because it kept opening in a new browser window instead of being its own program. This made it really annoying and time-consuming to access the antivirus when I needed it. Even after trying to reinstall the software several times, the problem didn't go away, which was really frustrating. On top of that, the customer support wasn't very helpful either. The help center gave me confusing instructions that just made me more confused, and not having a real person to talk to left me feeling stuck. Overall, I wish I hadn't bought this antivirus and internet security package because the software's performance and the customer service were both below average.

I've been using this anti-virus software for over 10 years now and it's been a real lifesaver. The detection engine is top-notch and does exactly what you need it to do. In all that time, I haven't had any issues with it at all. One of the best things about it is that it doesn't constantly bother you with annoying popups like some other brands do. False positives are pretty rare, and it doesn't hog system resources or slow down your computer like Norton and McAfee have a tendency to do. I just had a real pain trying to update my Cryptotab Browser because of ESET's security settings. No matter what I did, ESET kept blocking the update, saying it didn't trust the source. After a few failed tries, I decided to turn off ESET's antivirus and antispyware for a bit so I could finally update. Luckily, that did the trick and I managed to update the browser without any more problems. It was frustrating at first, but I'm glad it worked out in the end.
