Creative assets purchase
I picked up some really neat stuff, but I find that the music and sound effects could use more choices. Their videos could be improved to be more like other websites. It would also be helpful to have simpler options for beginners.
Theme Purchase
I just bought a theme from this website, thinking it would work well for what I wanted. But then I saw that the CMS didn't fit with how I like to learn, which is through Elementor. I'm used to using Divi, which I find easier to use and customize. When I asked for my money back because of this issue, it was really hard to talk to customer service. After lots of waiting and talking to different people, they said no to my refund even though I didn't use the theme and it wasn't what I expected.

Don't fall for it, eh! That company is nothing but a scam. They show off fancy templates on their website, but fail to mention that you need specific design software to even use them. As soon as I bought it, I realized my error but they wouldn't give me my money back. They said I already downloaded it (even though I couldn't open it). Clearly, they're just in it for the money, not to help us out. Don't waste your time with them, eh!

I just bought some royalty-free content from Envato for my music video, and let me tell you, I was really impressed with what they had to offer.
