Needed for bad back; feels supportive, code failed, support slow.

Funny thing — I almost wrote it off after two weeks of silence, saw the theme on a Reddit thread and told a coworker to check it out. Then on day 16 the seller replied with a fix and threw in a store credit. That’s when I relaxed.

Bought a product code and it stopped working after I installed it. Couldn't deactivate it myself, which was annoying. Support said they'd take up to five days — pretty vague. After a few days they actually helped and reactivated things, so I'm relieved, but honestly the wait and uncertainty left a bad taste. Would prefer faster responses.

I realized I was satisfied when they refunded my yearly plan and fixed it within two days. That quick response made me stick with them. I use their fonts, UI kits and Figma wireframes in client work every day. The library is handy and it actually speeds up my workflow.

When my Gmail got hacked, I couldn't get into my Envato account for a few days. Luckily, after showing them I really owned it, I finally got my account back but had to use a new email address. It saved my Youtube channels from being a big mess, so I'm really grateful for the quick fix.

Ever since I signed up for the service, I've been finding all sorts of digital goodies that have really come in handy for my small business. Being able to download and use them without worrying about any legal stuff has been a huge relief. Having access to such a big library of resources has made my journey as an entrepreneur way easier and more productive.
