I hesitated before signing up — worried about recurring charges and support. I use the app daily for work file sync, and it does that well. Still, I was billed after cancelling and getting help is a maze.

Was halfway through a couple videos when I realized they'd charged me for a year instead of the monthly plan — irritating, but the content arrived immediately and customer service actually helped sort most of it fast. I opened a PayPal dispute for the extra months, but overall their support and delivery were solid; check the billing.

They charged me for a year when I thought I signed up for a month. That’s the bottom line. Pricing page showed $16.50/month. I only needed it a month, so I signed up and then cancelled the same day. Instead of a monthly charge I was billed $198 for an annual plan. Checkout didn’t make that clear. Support refused a refund because I had downloaded files, even though their promo says 'unlimited downloads.' That felt like bait-and-switch. I’ve had cleaner billing at other sites, so I was suspicious from the start. Plus the downloads worked right away, so I did get what I paid for, even if the rest was frustrating.

I find it really convenient to have access to samples and templates for editing videos and creating artwork. It's a great value for the money. I wish there were more songs with vocals, especially for car videos and weddings.
