Timingthe timing and price change are definite negatives and worth flagging, but the cancellation process itself was simple and the communication was clear enough once I reached out. If you rely on this for learning during life changes like I was, keep an eye on renewal notices and your card — and don’t assume automatic renewals won’t appear early. Hopefully they sort the pricing/notice side better, but the ability to cancel without losing access right away was an unexpected relief.
