clean app, courses I liked, easy browsing — so this felt out of place. I messaged support, attached screenshots showing my plan was active and the credits were gone, and at first I got some generic replies that didn’t really answer anything. It was a bit annoying, and I probably followed up a couple times, repeating myself (yeah, I did sound a bit like a broken record). Then, after a little back-and-forth and one more detailed message from me asking for an account review and either restoration or an explanation, I actually got a proper response. They reviewed the history, explained what went wrong (a timing issue with expiry), and restored the missing credits — they didn’t make it instant, but it was fixed. The exact moment I knew I was satisfied was when I saw the credits back in my account and got the confirmation email — relief, simple as that. It’s not perfect: the first responses were too template-y and it took persistence, but the end result was legit and I felt heard. I’d use the service again; just be prepared to follow up if something odd happens. Overall positive experience with a small hiccup that got sorted.
