Nice UI, weak support
Nice UI, weak support
ReliabilityI liked the clean UI and it was easy to set up, so I stuck with it for a bit. But some documents never made it to recipients, which was annoying. Support admitted others had it too but were kind of dismissive, so I cancelled at renewal. Heads up if you need reliable delivery.
