CommunicationI'm satisfied overall; started this term a bit skeptical after a messy renewal before. They ended up being flexible and helped optimise our package based on last term's usage, kept us informed, and Gabriela, our account rep, was really practical and proactive. Still a few small hiccups, but the product stacks up well against competitors.

CommunicationI was sitting on the floor with a sore back and needed this quickly, so I ordered in a hurry. The ordering itself went fine, no drama, but customer service was painfully slow — lots of automated promises about a callback within 25–30 minutes that never came. After several messages and a couple of days of waiting someone finally called and sorted it, and delivery showed up intact. Bit annoying to chase them, but the product did what I needed. Would use again if I knew to expect delays.
