Not what I expected, but not a disaster
CommunicationI was sitting on the floor with a sore back and needed this quickly, so I ordered in a hurry. The ordering itself went fine, no drama, but customer service was painfully slow — lots of automated promises about a callback within 25–30 minutes that never came. After several messages and a couple of days of waiting someone finally called and sorted it, and delivery showed up intact. Bit annoying to chase them, but the product did what I needed. Would use again if I knew to expect delays.
