Honestly, my experience with this VPN service has been a bit of a rollercoaster. At first, I had some issues with my username and password, but the support team was able to help me out quickly after talking to an actual technician. Props to them for that! Then, I had some trouble connecting to servers, but a quick chat sorted that out and I was able to connect with no problems. On the downside, I did have one failed connection with a server, which was annoying. In general, the service is good with simple options, but it could be better with updating server protocols globally.

When I first signed up for this service, I found it super easy to get started and use. But I did notice that the speed would slow down a lot when I connected to networks in other countries. That was pretty disappointing because I was looking forward to having a smooth experience no matter where I was.

So, I ended up renewing my subscription for my favorite thing and accidentally paid twice. I reached out to tech support, and they were really helpful and passed along my information to the billing department. Afterwards, I received an email stating they would refund the extra money back to my credit card. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

As a woman of my age, I had a hard time at first with the service. But even after I figured it out, I ran into some problems with streaming. Luckily, the customer service folks helped me out and fixed it right away. I'm grateful for their support in making my experience better and easier.
