My experience with the membership renewal process was really frustrating. I have automatic renewal, but when I tried to use it, I was told it had already expired. Then, two days later, I got an email saying it was renewed automatically. It was all so confusing and disappointing. And when I finally tried to use the service, there were no clear instructions. Being an older user, this lack of guidance made it so difficult and took up a lot of my time. I've helped seniors with technology for years, and I think clearer instructions would make the service easier for users of all ages.

Honestly, my experience with this VPN service has been a bit of a rollercoaster. At first, I had some issues with my username and password, but the support team was able to help me out quickly after talking to an actual technician. Props to them for that! Then, I had some trouble connecting to servers, but a quick chat sorted that out and I was able to connect with no problems. On the downside, I did have one failed connection with a server, which was annoying. In general, the service is good with simple options, but it could be better with updating server protocols globally.
