I just bought a VPN to watch shows on Amazon Prime India, Sony Liv, and Zee5. But it didn't work well for those platforms, only Zee5 worked sometimes. Also, customer support wasn't very helpful. I was disappointed overall and wouldn't suggest it for Indian content.

I recently got a VPN to watch BBC shows on my laptop. But right from the start, I had issues with it not working properly. I emailed tech support a bunch of times, but the problem didn't go away. It was so frustrating to have slow streaming, especially since I never had this problem with other VPNs. I tried to get a refund within the first 14 days like the company's policy says, but the account department didn't get back to me about it. It's really disappointing that they didn't follow their own policy, and now I'm not happy with how things turned out.

This VPN was such a letdown. I tried using it on my Android phone like they said, but it just wouldn't cooperate. Waiting for hours on end for an email response only to be told to switch servers that didn't even support Chrome, Samsung, or Firefox - the exact browsers I needed. In the end, I threw in the towel and switched to a different VPN that actually worked well with my browsers. It was a hassle to finally get my refund, took me 3 days of back and forth to sort it out.
