App & PortalThis is hilarious! I had some problems with the booking website, ended up with a "no-show" charge, and when I showed them screenshots with timestamps, they said it might have been messed with. Are you kidding me? So their site is perfect and never has glitches? It's so wrong to doubt customers like that, blaming them when it's the site's fault. When I asked for help, their system was offline and they couldn't see my info, but they still want to charge me for their mistakes. Give me a break! Better to look for mental health services somewhere else.
