E-Tickets purchase for theatre show
I had such a great experience with their service. I bought E-Tickets for a theatre show ahead of time, but they somehow got stuck in my Junk mail. I only noticed it close to the day of the show and started freaking out. But, after I filled out the online form to get the tickets resent, they sorted it all out in just a few hours through email. I was so relieved, and really appreciated their fast and efficient help.
Assistance Tickets
I phoned the ticket line to get some info on my tickets because I needed some help at the theatre. Rebecca was so helpful and even entered my card into the system for more tickets. Thank you!
My ticket order
So I went ahead and bought my tickets online, and I had a few questions. Thank goodness Theo was there to help me out! I was kinda worried that I'd have to wait ages for a reply, but he got back to me really fast and solved my problem right away. I'm really pleased with how everything worked out in the end!
Booking tickets
The person I talked to from customer service was really good, but it was such a pain trying to find the right phone number to call. I had to go through two expensive numbers before I finally got the right one, and that took up a lot of my time. The wait to talk to someone was way too long, and when I finally got through, the system was so slow and had glitches. It took me a whole hour just to make my booking because of all these problems. ATG Tickets should really update their website so they show the right contact info right from the beginning and not waste their customers' time.
Lost e-ticket issue resolved quickly
I sorta freaked out the day before the play because I couldn't find my e-ticket. I thought dealing with customer service would be a pain, but it was actually super easy and quick. Lauren was so nice and helpful! Got my new e-ticket in no time. Really thankful for the smooth process.
Aladdin tickets
So, we had a bit of a last-minute thing pop up right before we were supposed to head out to see Aladdin in Manchester. But Rebecca over at the ticket place was really great about it and managed to switch our tickets to another day that suited us better. Big thanks to Rebecca for being so awesome!
