I tried out this junk removal service not too long ago, and I gotta tell ya, I was really let down by the whole thing. They told me a good price on the phone, but when they got to my place, they ended up asking for double the amount they originally said. I felt like I was getting scammed with their sneaky tactics, and the two guys who came to grab my stuff seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. The whole service was just unprofessional and left a sour taste in my mouth. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone who needs reliable junk removal.

The folks who came to pick up my old bedroom furniture did a good job - no hiccups. They came on time, worked fast to remove everything, and were nice the whole time. But I wasn't too happy with the cost. They first told me it would be between $224 and $284, but in the end, I had to cough up almost double that - about $600. That jump in price caught me off guard and kinda soured my whole experience, to be honest.

I scheduled a appointment with them and they said the cost would depend on how much stuff I needed to toss out. I mentioned I had 3 old TVs, a chair, a fold-up treadmill, and a BBQ. They initially quoted around $159, but when their truck arrived (which was late), they suddenly said it would be $300! After some back and forth, they brought it down to $249, but I still had to pay $90 more than I was originally told. I won't be dealing with them anymore, that's for certain.
