1-800-GOT-JUNK? - Reviews and experiences

Oh my gosh, you know, my cat was missing after they left! I was super upset, I tried calling 1-800-GOT-JUNK to see if they knew anything but couldn't get through to anyone. I just hope my poor little fur baby is okay out there somewhere. It was just such a stressful situation, I really wish they had been more responsive.

Shawn and Zack did a great job picking up my junk right on time. They kept me in the loop about when they'd be arriving, showed up when they said they would, and took the time to explain everything about the company and pricing. Their expertise in the business was really impressive, and I'll for sure be telling my friends about their service and using it again if I ever need to.

I just used a junk removal service and it went really well. Mark and Jay showed up at my place earlier this week and they did a fantastic job. Veronica double-checked the appointment the day before, and the team confirmed the same day with a precise time, which I found helpful. They were really professional and quick at getting rid of all the junk from my house. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely think about using their service again in the future.
