Follow-upThe junk removal service at my house was pretty good, to be honest. The crew showed up on time and got rid of all the stuff I wanted gone in no time. But there was a problem with the receipt - they charged me for more stuff than they actually took away. I tried to get in touch with the company to fix it, but haven't heard back yet. I'm kind of disappointed with their lack of customer service, and it's definitely made me think twice about using them again.
