Online ordering experience
I had a real pain dealing with their online ordering thing recently. The chat person was no help whatsoever, so I had to scrap my order since I couldn't switch up the shipping address, only the billing one. I don't have a store close by, so it was a big headache and hassle. I started wondering if they even give a darn about losing customers because of their dumb online system restrictions.
