I was so disappointed with my purchase from this store. I spent $100 on a pair of slippers, thinking they would be comfy and well-made. But when I got them, they were as hard as a rock and super slippery, which is not safe to wear. I tried to return them in perfect condition, but they said no refunds or exchanges because they were on sale. After a lot of back and forth, they finally gave me store credit, but nothing else caught my eye. So now I'm stuck with slippers I can't wear and no way to get my money back. This whole thing has me thinking twice about shopping there again, I'll be taking my business elsewhere next time.
