The customer service from this company is seriously top-notch. I had a great chat with a rep based in Canada, which made things way smoother compared to talking to someone in another country. They couldn't fix my problem right away, but they gave me some super helpful and clear advice that let me sort things out on my own a little while later. I was really impressed that they were still available to help even on a holiday like Boxing Day, when most folks in Europe are off work.
