I am so disappointed with the service I received from this company. My order didn't show up when they said it would, and on top of that, the customer service has been awful. As per consumer rights, if they don't deliver on time, I should get a refund. I've already reported them to the authorities and will keep doing so until this is sorted out. They haven't been sticking to their own rules, haven't been keeping me informed, and haven't been addressing my complaints in a timely manner. The person I talked to today didn't seem to care about following the law and told me to talk to my bank for a refund - which is totally false. Luckily, I recorded our conversation and have proof of all this going on.
