The whole experience from ordering to delivery was a total disaster, eh? The website said my order would be shipped the same day, but it actually took them over 2 days to even send it out. The shipping was a real mess, with delays and notifications from the carrier driving me crazy, ya know? It felt like a never-ending nightmare just to get my package. I really don't think I'll get it within the promised timeframe, to be honest. And to top it all off, the return process is just ridiculous with a crazy high fee, eh?
