Changing robe falling apart
My changing robe started falling apart just after 5 months of using it, which is really not cool for how much I spent on it. When I got in touch with customer service, they just kept telling me about their 3-month warranty instead of owning up to it. They only gave me a crappy 20% off on a new one, but that's not fair when you think about how expensive it was in the first place. Like, why would I want to buy another one of their badly made things that barely lasts half a year?
