Ordered a new vibrator from Lovehoney, eh, and ended up missing a key part. I emailed customer service over the weekend, but heard nothing back 'cause they were busy with a personal thing. Got a response after nudging them on Trustpilot. They sorted it out by giving a refund, but gotta say, the product quality was a bit disappointing, eh.
