I really like the sound quality of the product, it's really good. But having to rely on an app for control is kind of annoying and limiting. The constant updates are supposed to make things better, but instead, they bring new bugs and issues. Personally, I prefer more traditional equipment like Marantz and Celestion because they are more straightforward and reliable.
The IR pass-through on the Beam has made my TV almost useless, and the customer service solution of just turning it off and on again is not helpful at all. I've put a lot of money into my Sonos setup, which used to be amazing, but now I'm thinking about looking at other options for a more reliable Hi-Fi experience.
