I just booked a ride from Chelsea in NY to Newark airport, but when I got there, it was a total mess. The driver wanted to charge me more than we agreed on, and on top of that, he demanded cash payment. It was a real unpleasant surprise, and it left me feeling pretty annoyed. Even after all that, I got a receipt for the original price, which just showed how shady the whole situation was. I was left feeling frustrated and let down by the whole ordeal. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to anyone else after this experience.
