Online subscription service experience
The customer service I received from the company was really great. I accidentally subscribed to auto renewal and got charged the full amount without noticing. I was disappointed to learn that they didn't usually give refunds, but when I emailed them, they were understanding and helpful. We agreed on a refund for half the amount, which I thought was fair. It's really impressive to see this kind of flexibility and compromise nowadays, when customer service can be lacking. I don't even use the software for business, but I'm thankful they were willing to work with me.
