Printer and ink purchase
This company has terrible customer service, let me tell you. First off, most of their staff speaks mostly French and broken English, which just makes it hard to get your point across. Getting a hold of their customer support was a real pain, and when I finally did, they weren't much help and had limited hours - claiming to be open 24/7, but then disappearing after 5pm EST. When I got a faulty printer and ink, the return process was a total nightmare. They sent me the wrong return labels, dragged out my refund, and at first only gave me back the money for the printer, not the ink. It was a whole ordeal of multiple calls, tracking numbers, and threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau before I finally got my refund for the ink. Dealing with a company that doesn't keep you in the loop, can't communicate properly, and doesn't have their act together in customer service is just beyond frustrating.
