Transfer cable and software purchase
I just bought a transfer cable and software from Laplink to move files to my two new laptops. But, man, was I let down big time! The software has this dumb rule where you can only transfer files once. Like, what the heck is that about? So not cool. I'm so ticked off and feeling totally unsatisfied with my purchase. I'm never buying from them again and to be honest, I'd tell others to stay away from their stuff because of these ridiculous policies. On top of that, their customer support was pretty useless and didn't know squat, which just made everything worse.
