Short-haul flight experience
My most recent quick flight was with this one airline, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with the whole shebang. The trip was supposed to take off from one airport, but ended up going to a different one - but the customer service team handled it like pros. And can I just say, the flight attendant named Karen? She was a gem - super professional and friendly, even giving us tips on where to go and what to eat at our final stop. All in all, it was a really nice and smooth experience.
