I ordered two custom cards for two different people, but one of the cards didn't show up. The website didn't have an option to send the cards to different addresses when I checked out, so things got mixed up. When I contacted customer service, the first person I talked to just sent me automated replies that didn't help me at all. Finally, after speaking with a second representative, I was offered a refund, but they didn't apologize for the missing card, which caused us to miss an important occasion. I was really let down by the poor communication and customer service overall.
