My bike lights just took an incredible 5 weeks to arrive. I had to contact customer service several times, including OnBuy, the middlemen, Velcommendig, the seller, and EVRI, the delivery agent. The entire experience was quite frustrating, and the slow replies from customer service only made it worse. If OnBuy wishes to rival big players like Amazon and eBay, they really need to enhance their customer service effectiveness. Ultimately, time is precious, and waiting for weeks for a purchase is just not acceptable.
