2 disposable vapes (different flavors)
My recent buy of 2 disposable vapes wasn't what I expected at all. They didn't look like the ones on the box, and they were only half full of liquid instead of the promised 2ml. On top of that, they wouldn't charge properly - kept flashing red after 3 hours. I tried to get help from customer service twice, but didn't hear back for 4 whole days. Finally, someone from the team got in touch and fixed things up quickly once they realized our complaints were sent to the wrong folks down in the States. I'm really thankful for the speedy help and communication from the rep, it definitely made me feel better about the company.
