I recently bought a speaker from this company, but I haven't got it yet. Their customer service has not been great, as I had to contact them multiple times to check on my order. The tracking info just tells me to download an app that doesn't really help me track my delivery. Even after sending three emails asking where my speaker is, I only got unhelpful responses asking if I got it already. I'm not happy with the whole thing and thinking about returning the speaker when it finally arrives.
