Monitoring software
I recently bought some monitoring software to keep an eye on what my kid is up to online. It worked pretty well, but I ran into a small problem with the server connection. I reached out to customer service right away, and they were super quick to fix it. I gotta give a shoutout to Sara though, she really knew her stuff and helped me out fast.
