I had a terrible time dealing with American Express while trying to sort out a problem with a store that wouldn't give me a refund for some stuff I returned. Despite being a big company, their customer service was all over the place. Every time I got in touch with them, they told me different things and kept closing the case without helping me out. It was so frustrating and just plain awful.

Oh my goodness, I just tried out these hair care products and they are absolutely amazing! After using them just once, my hair feels incredibly soft and healthy. The coconut oil in them really does wonders. I also really appreciate that they are vegan and not tested on animals - that's super important to me. I will for sure be purchasing more of these in the future!
