So, I contacted this service for some help with my social media marketing, and let me tell you, I was super let down by their customer service. They totally missed what I was asking about and gave me info that had nothing to do with it. I had to reach out again to get things sorted out, and they did fix the problem eventually, but the whole ordeal wasn't great. It looks like they need to work on sellers disappearing on customers after they first talk - that's just not cool.
