All in all, my shopping experience with this store was great and I would totally suggest their products to others.

I bought a Strapping Tool Kit from this company thinking it would be top-notch quality with nice finishing like in the picture on their website. But when it arrived, it was totally different and not great quality. I contacted customer service for a whole month but they said the product was what I ordered. This whole situation made me lose my trust in this company, unfortunately.
