The stuff I got from Immudi turned out to be a letdown. It didn't match up to all the talk and I was left feeling pretty disappointed. On top of that, the prices were higher than I thought for the mediocre results I got. The customer service was okay, but it couldn't make up for the below-average products. At least the delivery was on time, but that's pretty much it for the good stuff. I wouldn't suggest Immudi's products to anyone.

I've been having some major issues with my cordless vacuum. It's been a real pain, you know? The battery life is way too short, so I keep having to stop and recharge it in the middle of cleaning. Plus, there's this problem with a faulty seal that I've been trying to get fixed. It's stopping me from using the vacuum at full power, which is super annoying. The worst part is that I haven't heard back from the manufacturer at all. It's been really frustrating, and now I'm not sure if I want to buy anything else from them until they sort this out. Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected way better quality and customer service. So yeah, pretty disappointed all around.
