Eh, so I bought a ski jacket from here and let me tell ya, it's so gorgeous and top-notch quality! I was honestly blown away by how awesome the customer service was. They totally went the extra mile to make sure everything was spot on, like phoning me to double-check my address before sending it out. They caught a mistake right quick and saved me from a big headache. I really dig that level of care and attention to detail. Much obliged!

Eh, the licensing system and plans for this software are just awful, eh. Like, seriously the worst I've ever come across. First off, there's like no easy way to get into your account from their website, eh, which makes it a real pain to check out your plans, you know? And then, if you switch from a free trial to an Unlimited License, they don't even get rid of the old trial license, and you could end up getting charged out of the blue, eh. And get this - they won't give you a refund, and you can't even take your card info off your account settings. Like, come on, this company clearly isn't taking customer service seriously, and their software system is just pathetic, really.
