I ordered three things a couple days ago and was already told they were shipped, eh. But when I needed the invoice right away, it wasn't showing up on my account or order confirmation. So, I reached out to their chat support on the website, and let me tell you, Tiffany was quick to give me the info I needed in less than 5 minutes, eh. She was not only quick, but also super kind and helpful. I've never had such fast and efficient customer service from any company before, and truthfully, I didn't expect it from this site, eh. I'm really impressed with their customer service and will definitely update my review after I get my order to let you all know how the package and products turned out, eh.
