I recently bought food online from a certain store and when I got it, I found out it was all moldy and gross. Even though the expiry date said it was still good, the mold was a big red flag for sure. So I called customer service right away to deal with it. But honestly, I was pretty disappointed with how they didn't seem to care much. They did give me my money back for the food, but they didn't really take the situation seriously. Companies really need to prioritize keeping their customers safe, especially with food. I was also frustrated that my review was hidden and they kept selling the bad food. Because of all this, I won't be buying from that store again.

I had a really bad experience with The Outnet because I messed up and put the wrong address for my order. I called right away to fix it, but they said they couldn't cancel the order or change the address. It's frustrating and disappointing that such a small mistake couldn't be fixed.
