I am a well-educated person who can spot quality and professionalism. I recently tried an online tutoring service and it was a letdown. The tutors didn't seem properly checked to see if they were actually qualified to teach their subjects, which made me doubt the service. Plus, the lack of control over scheduling made things stressful and inconvenient since tutors could book sessions without confirmation. The hidden charges and fees, like the website keeping 10%, made it even worse. It was hard to get a refund or talk to customer service face-to-face, which left me feeling frustrated and ignored. Overall, I don't recommend this service to others because of all the problems I faced.
