My recent trip to the store was pretty good until I had a big issue with the service I was promised. I went to the Harry Rosen store in Sherway Gardens in the evening and got help from a really knowledgeable salesperson who showed me a bunch of different styles. I ended up buying a black Armani Exchange suit that I was really happy with. But, the salesperson said they'd call me when the alterations were done, which was supposed to be around the 2nd week of December. I also asked them to update my landline number to my cell number in their system, but they forgot. So, on December 6th, I called to ask about my suit and found out it was ready for pickup since November 30th. I was surprised that I didn't get a call telling me it was ready. This lack of communication is not cool, especially since I expect top-notch service when shopping at Harry Rosen Sherway.
