Costume ordered on 31st October
I got my Halloween costume on the 31st of October and was so excited to wear it on Halloween night. But when it arrived on December 11th, I was really let down because it was way too late for Halloween and I missed out on all the fun. I tried to talk to customer service, but they weren't helpful at all. They said I didn't choose a delivery date, even though I had an email saying it would arrive on October 17th. They pretty much blamed me for their mistake and told me to contact DHL. And then they wouldn't give me a refund because I didn't have the item yet. Plus, can you believe they charge an 18% restocking fee for returns? I won't be ordering from them again. Their customer service was awful and they clearly don't know consumer rights.
